摘要：
情感智商(Emotion智商)是指一个人对自己和他人情感的感知、理解和表达能力。近年来，情感智商的研究受到了广泛的关注和重视。本研究旨在探究情感智商的概念、内涵和影响因素，并对其进行量化分析。通过对大量语料的分析和统计，本文得出了情感智商的计算公式，并建立了情感智商评估模型。本研究结果表明，情感智商与个体的社交能力、认知能力和文化背景密切相关，并对个体的职业、情感和生活具有重要意义。

Abstract:
Emotion intelligence (Emotion智商) refers to the ability to perceive, understand, and express one\’s emotions. Research on emotion intelligence has gained increasing attention in recent years. This study aims to explore the concept and definition of emotion intelligence, and to quantify it using a statistical analysis. Through the analysis of a large corpus of text, this study has established the formula for emotion intelligence and established a quantitative evaluation model of emotion intelligence. The results show that emotion intelligence is closely related to social ability, cognitive ability, and cultural background, and plays an important role in individual\’s career, emotional life and so on.
